Welcome to our studio. By choosing us to create your pet's portrait, you are agreeing to the following terms of our craft.
1. The Artisan Service
We provide bespoke, 3D hand-carved leather artworks. By placing an order, you understand that each piece is uniquely handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, and carving strokes are not defects, but the soulful marks of manual artistry.
2. Customization & Rights
To create your artwork, you agree to provide high-quality photos of your pet. By providing these photos, you represent that you have the right to use them.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for special custom requests. Full payment is required before the artisan process begins. We use secure Shopify-certified payment gateways to protect your financial data.
4. Intellectual Property
While the physical artwork belongs to you, the artistic design and the "style" of the carving remain the intellectual property of our studio. The artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our goal is 100% heart-warming satisfaction. However, our studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the purchase price of the item.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our crafting process or legal requirements. Your continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
