Cancellations & Changes

We believe in a transparent and gentle process. You are welcome to a Full Refund anytime before the formal crafting begins (during our initial design consultation phase).

Because each portrait is meticulously hand-carved based on your specific pet, please understand that once we reach a mutual agreement and the artisan officially starts the carving process, the order becomes a permanent commitment and cannot be refunded or returned.

Arrival Safety

While we pack every "best friend" with extreme care, the journey home can sometimes be unpredictable. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work closely with you to find a heartfelt solution, which may include a repair, a partial refund, or a replacement, depending on the situation.

Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please don't worry. We will take full responsibility for communicating with the courier company. We will keep you updated every step of the way and offer a full refund or a fresh re-carving of your portrait.
